Holy Road Tours Announces Second Annual Holy Road Howl-o-ween Benefit and Character Ball

Holy Road Tours Union, a non-profit touring and lifestyle co-op founded in 2006 by Lizzie West, Baba Buffalo, and friends, announces the Second Annual Howl-o-ween Benefit and Character Ball concert at The Blue Note, 17 N. 9th Street, Columbia, on Friday, October 26.

This year's ball is co-sponsored by Mid Missouri Peaceworks. Proceeds will benefit Missouri River Relief, Missouri River Cultural Conservancy, Cat-3 TV, Theatre NXS, Mighty Kindness, Holy Road Tours and others. Doors open at 8 pm. Costumes, (especially representing historic people who have brought peace to the world), are encouraged.

"The Ball will feature some of the wonderful performers we have discovered as we've traveled The Holy Road in the past year – some local to Columbia and some national. At the event, we will also highlight and share proceeds with other non-profit organizations that are helping to create an alternative and holistic way of life in this world," say Lizzie West and Baba Buffalo, co-founders and Represented Members of Holy Road Tours.

Performers at this year's ball include The Restless Natives (Washington,D.C.), Lee Ruth (Columbia), Bart Bean (Kirksville), Todd Wait (Columbia), The Holy Road Hucksters (Columbia), The Soapbox Sirens, (Louisville, KY), The Troubadours of Divine Bliss (Louisville, KY), Lizzie West and Baba Buffalo.

The annual Howl-o-ween Ball benefit concert is produced by Holy Road Tours, a start-up non-profit co-op dedicated to supporting local and touring artists across the country and headquartered in Columbia, Missouri.
